For this Building-With-Beer story we are going to look at route execution and relationship building. While we know that executing chain programming, product distribution, display building, and brand awareness are all very important. All of that begins with the relationships built with every account.
Going back and talking to Jake’s prior accounts, you get the impression that the relationships he has built led to the success over the years.

In the weeks leading up to the July fourth holiday we had a fleet of Miller Lite Battleships shoot up in the market. Kroger 838 (Brian Brush), Kroger 447 (Jeff Haag) and Kroger 951 (Jake Roseberry).
The leading architect of these Miller Lite Battleships was Lee Hudson. After carefully drawing up the schematics on paper, he then went to work on the cannons. Four individual cannons were spray painted and mounted to wood boards that would be set on top of the display with cases holding them in place. The entire process would take Lee all weekend.
The Carl Award has been in existence since 2015 and has become an yearly celebrated event. Sales team members can be nominated and nominate someone for a ‘Carl’ on the work they have done in that month. At the years end we put everyone’s nominations in a tumbler and pull a winner. The Carl Award winner gets to pick from three pre-determined locations where they will be able to unwind and relax. I’m sure we all need something like that after this past COVID year. This year’s destinations are Charleston, SC, San Antonio, TX and Las Vegas, NV.READ MORE
2020 Beer Review
The long-term implications that the COVID 19 will have on the beer industry is yet to be determined. However, amid uncertainty and worry, brewers have found time for innovation, creativity and ways to connect with consumers.

American Winter beers can be based on a variety of styles but are often an amber or darker-colored malt-focused beer.
At Bonbright, we cherish each holiday season for the way they bring us together as a community, to share in the triumphs and trials of each year and to reflect on our growth as a family filled with great partners. As beer minded people, we always do this over a few pints of our favorite […]READ MORE

The experts agree on one thing about Texas barbecue: the slower you cook it, the better. But the meat that is used is open to discussion. Brisket and ribs are the most popular, but smoked sausage, chicken, and cabrito (young goat) are also common. The rule is, there must be plenty of accompaniments: boiled pinto […]READ MORE
